GRUBS want to incorporate insects into western diets & promote dried insects as an alternative source of protein. ๐Ÿฆ‹๐Ÿ›


I was asked to create branding, packaging & a social media campaign assets to connect GRUBS with young, health conscious consumers.


One of the main challenges was presenting the product in a way that was appetising, while still offering a full disclosure on what the product actually is.


The solution I found for this was incorporating an insect shaped die-cut into the packaging, to depict the insect in the product, while displaying the real food inside the packaging.



The packaging is also biodegradable, containing seeds, that can be planted after use, to reflect the company’s eco-friendly ethos
